Please only book if you are able to quote your reference number which will start with ‘PH’ and will be on all correspondence you receive from us. If you have just been to court and not yet received a letter or a text from us, we will write to you with a course offer very soon. If you are currently with another training provider, please ask them to transfer your ‘referral order’ to us, once received we will issue you with a ‘PH’ number.
DO NOT BOOK A COURSE WHICH FINISHES AFTER THE COMPLETION DATE SET BY THE COURT.
Bookings without a PH number or after the court completion date will be rejected and a £10 administration fee retained.
All courses are very interactive and conducted in groups of approximately 12 people online or 20 in class.
For Zoom, you will be required to have a strong internet connection, have your video and mic on and be in full view of the camera at all times. If you leave the course before it finishes for any reason you will be deemed to have not completed, your fee will not be reimbursed for any outstanding days yet to be taken, and you will have to re-book the course in it’s entirety.
ALL DAYTIME COURSES ARE FOR THREE DAYS, each day being a week apart.
ALL EVENING COURSES ARE FOR SIX EVENINGS, each evening being a week apart.
For classroom based courses where we offer a waiting list option, please only book a place if your court deadline is more than 6 months away. Although we aim to run classroom courses every 6 months at each available venue, we can not guarantee that demand will allow us to do so and you may have to attend a different location or online on Zoom if we are unable to gather enough attendees to run at your chosen venue.
Instalment plans incur a £15 administration fee. Because course fees must be paid in full before one month of the first day of the course, do not choose an instalment plan if the chosen course is less than a month away.
